Review by hotel critic
As a surf instructor hailing from Milan, Italy, my recent stay at Dom Carlos Park was a delightful gourmet getaway that touched my Italian culinary sensibilities. The hotel's breakfast buffet at the Lounge rivaled the finest Italian spreads, offering a selection of cereals, bread, and cheeses, allowing for a leisurely start to the day from 7:15 to 11:00. Being a food enthusiast, I ventured to nearby restaurants including O Sinal and Restaurante Gangnam, all within a stone's throw from the hotel. The ambiance at Dom Carlos's Lounge with the self-service bar exuded a relaxed vibe, reminiscent of beachfront eateries back in Portugal. The culinary innovation was evident in the breakfast's presentation and taste, subtly reflecting the charm of Portugal's gastronomy scene. If you appreciate a good meal as much as I do, Dom Carlos Park is a savory choice for your next stay in Lisbon.
